- Acceptance of Terms

We operate primarily as a B2B supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered business entity authorized to purchase nicotine-containing products under your local jurisdiction.
Minimum order quantities and pricing are subject to individual business agreements or as listed on our platform.
- Order Process & Contract Formation
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A binding sales contract is formed only after you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance with age regulations, or shipping restrictions.
- Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified and exclude VAT unless noted.
Shipping costs and applicable VAT are calculated at checkout.
We accept various payment methods including wire transfers and secure online payment gateways. Invoices must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We strive to dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.
The risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Customs & Import Regulations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your order complies with local import laws, customs regulations, and tax obligations. UAB NORD POUCH shall not be liable for any goods delayed, seized, or rejected by customs.
- Returns & Complaints
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, notify us within 7 calendar days at info@nordpouches.com with detailed evidence. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of UAB NORD POUCH or its licensors. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
