🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products (nicotine-containing consumables), returns are only accepted if:

• The products were delivered damaged.
• The wrong items were received.
• The goods are unopened, in original packaging, and reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or incorrectly stored products.

2. How to Report an Issue

• Clear photos (if applicable)

3. Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

• You will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• You must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of approval.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error was on our part.

• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse.
• Products returned beyond the 14-day window after approval.
